Renew Your Vows at the Chapel
Looking for a historic place to renew your wedding vows? Since 1791, people have been gathering at Boehm’s Chapel to celebrate life and love with weddings and vow renewal ceremonies. As an official heritage landmark of the United Methodist Church and part of the Second Great Awakening, you’ll be steeped in the rich history of this space.
We welcome you and your partner, family, and friends to the chapel as you continue your own history here.
Boehm's Chapel Renewal Ceremonies
The Chapel is a highly spiritual and historic space. We look forward to helping you celebrate as you follow in the footsteps of people from 1791 and renew your own history together at Boehm’s Chapel.
The cost for a renewal ceremony is $250 for a one-hour period. This cost includes a group of up to 20 people so you and your spouse can be surrounded by loved ones as you renew your commitment to each other. You and your guests will also have access to the Tying Shed, our auxiliary building right next to the Chapel. This is a beautiful place that includes changing areas and restrooms.
Once a ceremony is approved, payment is due. The fee for larger ceremonies will be negotiated and will depend on how long the facilities are required.
A security deposit of $50 is required but will be returned if the rules are followed and no damage is done to facilities.
